Patient 1. (a) Computed tomography scan of the chest shows a mass and multiple, cystic changes in the left lower lobe. (b) Macroscopic view reveals multi-cystic lesion with partially solid and necrotic area. (c) Microscopically, walls of cysts were lined by pseudostratified columnar epithelium and surrounded by fibromuscular bundles.
