CAIA Ki67 LI evaluation. Each Ki67 immunostained slide was acquired, the regions of interest were selected by an operator (areas with yellow contours, Fig. 1a) and CAIA generated a pseudo-colour “mark-up” image as an algorithm result (Fig. 1b).
