Light microscopic examination of recurrent tumor. Low-power magnification (×50) show that recurrent tumor cells formed follicular
colonization in the germinal centers throughout the tumor (A). High-power magnification
(×630) show centrocyte-like cells and plasmacytoid differentiation in the recurrent
MALT lymphoma. Plasmacytoid differentiation was more prevalent in the recurrent tumor
than in the primary tumor (B).
