MRI [a: T1 plain-weighted image, b-d: Gadolinium-diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (Gd-DTPA)-enhanced images] scans showed a mass lesion in the lateral ventricles, the third ventricle, and the fourth ventricle. The mass lesion was enhanced with Gd-DTPA.
