Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (vessel, temporal region, biopsy). A.
Low magnification demonstrates a vessel wall infiltrated by small lymphoid cells.
B. Higher magnification demonstrates a population of lymphoid cells with prominent
vascularity. C. There are focally increased eosinophils and reactive "epithelioid"
endothelial cells. D. The atypical lymphoid cells show small amount of clear cytoplasm
with scattered eosinophils in the background.
