labeling with hematoxylin counterstain in full color and in Yellow intensity as shown
in grayscale. (B) Percentages of IHC-labeled area as well as (C) mean intensity were
analyzed using the Yellow channel and either results display a strong association
with results obtained from positive color selection method.
